Essential Responsibilities
As a Senior Services Sales Manager, you will develop innovative strategies to meet goals. Your responsibilities encompass a wide scope, and you will leverage your experience to execute business objectives. Your role includes:
- Providing leadership in sales to assigned customers by formulating and executing strategies that leverage customer strengths alongside GE's products and services.
- Achieving assigned sales and margin targets within specified timeframes.
- Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities to maintain and expand the sales pipeline.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies tailored to market opportunities.
- Effectively managing customer relationships through clear communication, both internally and externally.
- Delivering technical presentations to various levels within customer organizations.
- Managing and negotiating commercial and contractual aspects within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process.
- Contributing to regional sales, orders, profitability, and ITO quality goals.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitive actions, product requirements, and the customer base.
- Collaborating with Marketing to create project-specific sales strategies for assigned customers.
- Lead efforts to ensure customer service excellence for assigned customers.
- Participating in the development and execution of Services growth initiatives.
- Establishing strong, long-term relationships with specific customers in the region.
- Applying Six Sigma analytical tools to assist customers in proactive reliability and management, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Regularly interfacing with the Services Product Line Leader to track regional growth initiatives' progress and contribute to the development of new service offerings.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Masters/ Bachelors/Diploma Degree from accredited college / university in Electrical Engineering or allied Engineering.
- 7 – 20 years of relevant experience
- Offshore Industry Experience and process knowledge of Metal / Marine / Oil & Gas / Test Bench / Material Handling / Power Plant
- Knowledge in Power Electronics, High Voltage Equipment & PLC
Desired Characteristics
- Prior experience with MV/LV drives, industrial automation systems, and large motors and generators.
- Proficient in both oral and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Capable of conceiving, marketing, and executing process enhancements.
- Proactive self-starter and catalyst for change, adept at functioning in high-pressure environments.
- Possesses cross-functional skills, excels in matrix-based work environments, and has experience collaborating with international teams.
