Job Description Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for providing strategic, end-to-end recruitment support across the full hiring lifecycle. This role partners closely with assigned client groups to manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions, ensuring talent acquisition objectives are achieved by attracting, assessing, and securing high-quality candidates.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner demonstrates expertise in proactive talent sourcing, advanced candidate assessment, negotiation, and the management of complex recruitment processes. Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, this role provides guidance on labor market trends, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition best practices. Additionally, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner monitors and analyzes key recruitment metrics to drive operational excellence, optimize hiring outcomes, and support continuous process improvement.

Job Description

Recruitment

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse portfolio of positions.
  • Source, attract, assess, and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting strategies.
  • Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and organizational fit, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote the employer brand through networking, social media, and targeted talent engagement strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.

Advisory & Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Leverage market insights and recruitment data to influence hiring decisions, optimize recruiting strategies, and improve outcomes.
  • Lead offer negotiations and provide consultative guidance on market trends and compensation.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) data and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment with expertise in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and advising stakeholders.

Desired Characteristics

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically within the Advanced Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automation sectors
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for complex roles including Automation Engineers, Controls/PLC Programmers, Manufacturing Leadership, and Lean/Continuous Improvement specialists
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $79,500.00 and $132,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
