Process and quality improvement roles Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•    Responsible for Good Receipt operations @SAP; Verifying materials against receiving documents, Reviews delivery notes and invoices of shipments received.
•    Responsible for Delivery Note operations @eportal
•    Responsible for Good issue to operations @SAP
•    Supplier NCR preparations (examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage; noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages)
•    Transport organization
•    Manage subcontractor inventory control activities
•    Controller for scrap sales @supplier site (MKS etc.)
•    Warehouse documents preparations (bin labels, material labels, EHS training, Maintenance Request etc.)
•    Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, following safety and compliance standards
•    Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process enhancement.
•    Role requires working in shift basis

Required Qualifications:    
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Min 1 years of experience in warehouse operations in Power Transformers industry or related industries
•    Experience in SAP Warehouse module
•    Ability to use MS Office programs efficiently.

•    Excellent verbal and written Turkish communication skills

Desired Characteristics:
•    Certifications in logistics or warehousing is a plus
•    Ability to work independently

•    Strong analytical skills
•    Proficient in the use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, database
