Job Description
Responsibilities include assisting with meeting preparation, note-taking, action tracking, document organization, basic reporting support, and maintaining project files and communications. The student will gain exposure to project management practices in a large-scale international environment while providing day to day administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.

The working student will support the project team with general project coordination and administrative tasks.Responsibilities include assisting with meeting preparation, note-taking, action tracking, document organization, basic reporting support, and maintaining project files and communications. The student will gain exposure to project management practices in a large-scale international environment while providing day to day administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management team with operational and administrative daily tasks
- Compile and file various documents
- Assist with project management activities
- Supplement and revise documents and presentations
- Participate in reporting and the creation of statistics and analyses
- Support event organization, e.g., customer visits
- Maintain and analyze data in MS Excel, Smartsheet, SAP (desirable), and MS Project (desirable)
Your Profile:
- Studies in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability or related fields
- “Digital native” – proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Excel (including PivotTables), Smartsheet, Power BI
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and excellent teamwork abilities, including in virtual teams
- Last but not least: very good English skills, plus any other European language
