What impact you’ll make
As a Wind Turbine Engineer in the OFW Fleet Performance Management team, you will be an active contributor to maximizing the operational availability of the Haliade-X fleet, minimizing turbine Return to Service time, and providing rapid technical resolution to electrical and control system issues, ensuring that performance targets and contractual obligations are consistently met.

What you’ll do
Act as a technical escalation point for wind turbine trips not resolved by first‑level support.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and controls‑related issues using SCADA data, alarms, and turbine trends.
Restore turbine operation remotely whenever possible, minimizing Return‑to‑Service time.
When field intervention is required, create clear and effective work instructions to enable first‑time fix by Field Technicians.
Own issues end‑to‑end, coordinating with Engineering, Sourcing, Projects, and field teams until full resolution.
Identify recurring issues and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities with Engineering teams.
Continuously improve fault handling procedures, tools, and operational best practices.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Technical degree or engineering background with experience in wind turbines, industrial controls, power electronics, or similar systems.
Strong interest or experience in turbine controls, electronics, or system troubleshooting.
Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and propose practical technical solutions.
Experience working with SCADA systems or complex industrial data is a strong plus.
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
